Many resources are available to view or download on our website, including operation manuals, troubleshooting and installation guides. We also have a YouTube channel with demonstration and installation videos. Questions may also be directed to our technical service department.

3. Does CANNON offer on-site service and repair?

Absolutely! CANNON is proud to fully support our instruments. 

Domestic U.S.:  Domestic service is dispatched from our State College, PA or Houston, TX offices. Contact our service department to discuss your needs, or complete and submit a service/training request form

International: CANNON Instrument Company offers support internationally through a network of qualified factory-trained international dealers. If you are a customer outside of the U.S., please contact your local dealer.

Please refer to the FAQ about obselete instruments that CANNON no longer fully supports. Our service department can also answer any questions you have about particular instruments.

6. How can I determine if my instrument meets the requirements of a particular method?

Each product page details which methods are applicable, or you can use the left-side search filter for a particular method. Likewise, the operator manuals and marketing literature on the CANNON website indicate the methods to which particular instruments comply. These are found on the individual product pages. We encourage you to visit the product detail page for this information.
