ACO-T602 Cleveland Open Cup Flash Point Tester with Autosampler

The ACO-T602 is an automated Cleveland Open Cup (COC) flash point tester with a 6 position autosampler for unattended processing. Model ACO-T602 automatically carries out Cleveland Open Cup (COC) flash point test of up to 6 samples continuously. For large sample numbers, this carousel model reduces the burden on the laboratory personnel.

Higher Lab Productivity: The programmable 6-position carrousel improves COC test throughput drastically.

Easy programming: Up to 12 types of sample data can be stored and later recalled for quick and easy programming.

Electric Ignition: Reliable and easy-to-handle electric Ignitor is employed. Two pieces of coiled heater are placed near the sample cup rim. The ignitor has an extended period of life.

Innovative Flash Detector: Ionization between the sample cup rim and either of the two electric igniters is detected as a flash occurs. The proven ionization method ensures highly reliable flash detection. Since the electric heater cleans by itself, the need for messy cleaning of ionization detector is minimized.

Quick Cooling After Test: High velocity air cooling minimizes the waiting time between tests. The next test cycle is proceeded upon reaching a predetermined cooling time.

Auto Fire Containment: ACO-T602 is equipped with a fire containment lid which activates automatically to help putting out fire when ACO-T602 detects specimen is burning up heavily.
