Equipment Production Assembler 

Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product. Team assemblers can perform all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process and rotate through all or most of them rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis. Work directly in manufacturing on tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operation on mechanical and elector mechanical assemblies.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Perform assembly on boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables of electrical and electromechanical assemblies working from drawings, diagrams and work instructions
  • Perform pre-assembly setup using drawings, diagrams, pictures, and work instructions
  • Pull parts from pick tickets for production
  • Inform Cell Coordinator of any “low quantity” parts
  • Label parts for reordering
  • Use tools as necessary to assemble electrical, electro-mechanical, electro-optical and sensor assemblies
  • Make continuity checks on assemblies and conduct quality inspections of assembled work
  • Operate Hypot and Ground-Bond test equipment to engineering specifications
  • Prepares and maintains test records and reports as required
  • Test equipment and sub assemblies
  • Perform necessary checkout procedures on assemblies
  • Maximize the concepts of Lean Manufacturing

Knowledge, skills and abilities required

  • One (1) plus year experience assembling mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies
  • Experience using hand crimpers, cutters, wrenches, and other assembly tools
  • Knowledge of proper dies required for crimping selected pin and/or terminal
  • Experience with the fundamentals of ESD
  • Experience with multi-meters
  • Ability to maneuver and lift up to 60 pounds

Calibration Laboratory Technician I

We are actively seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented, self-motivated, and reliant individual to fill our open Calibration Laboratory Technician I position. The ideal candidate will be able to follow verbal instructions and procedures, Laboratory work in an analytical chemistry lab is preferable, communicate effectively both verbally and in written form, and possess good math skills. We are looking for team members who are self-directed, responsible and flexible. Good team fit is important.

This position is primarily responsible for filling glass capillary viscometers with the proper viscosity standard for calibration, racking the new glass capillary viscometers received from the glass shop and learning the calibration procedures.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Fill viscometers with the proper viscosity standard for calibration
  • Rack viscometers for filling from the priority list and prepare calibration card
  • Learn to calibrate viscometers and viscosity standards following the S.L.O.P., ASTM D445, ASTM D446, ISO3104 and ISO3105 with guidance from the supervisor and/or a laboratory technician II
  • Learn and assist the Cleaner in cleaning viscometers
  • Maintain support equipment used in filling of and calibrating viscometers
  • Maintain an orderly, clean and uncluttered work area

Knowledge, skills and abilities required

Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess excellent math skills as well as experience with computers using work processing and spreadsheets.  Experience in an analytical chemistry lab is preferable.

We are actively seeking an enthusiastic, self motivated, reliant individual to fill our open position of Receiving in our Shipping & Receiving Department. 


Physically receive incoming goods and then record/document information in regards to incoming goods. Follow applicable internal and external regulations for receiving, quality purposed, packing and transporting hazardous materials.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Physically receive incoming goods.
  • Record/document received goods.
  • Maintain inspection and quality related functions.
  • Transfer of goods.
  • Locate received goods on proper shelves.
  • Assist the shipping and other departments.
  • Maximize the concepts of Lean Manufacturing.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required

  • This position requires at least one year of experience within in a shipping and receiving department.
  • This position requires basic math and communication skills.
  • HazMat certification is required and will be provided upon hire.
  • This position requires the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
